Application:

Double packers are used for mining anchors, when the waterproof space between the arches of the excavation also needs to be grouted. The hole is made to such a depth and diameter that the rubber seals close the watertight space. The seals are spread by tightening 4 bolts, then it is possible to feed the anchor stabilizing material into the ground through one of two hoses ending in a slide-in injection valve. One of the hoses is used for feeding the material and the other for venting. Then proceed to inject the waterproofing space using a conduit with pan head nipple. In this way, it is possible to simultaneously plant the anchor and seal the space between the arches of the excavation.
