The Inobeam F30 pump is the smallest in INOTEC’s line of screw pumps. The subsequent models—the F40 and F70—offer increasing power, which results in a greater pumping range and higher capacity.
This is a screw (worm) electric pump designed for pumping, spraying, and injection. The pump is compact and relatively lightweight, and its single-phase power supply (230 V) and 3 kW motor are additional advantages that set it apart from larger models. Its compact size and low-mounted feed hopper allow the unit to be placed directly beneath a continuous or planetary mixer.
Interchangeable rotor and stator sets are selected for specific applications (capacity, pressure, particle size). It is possible to select a set capable of generating pressures up to 90 bar, which enables airless spraying of paste-like materials (acrylic finishes). Smooth flow rate adjustment and the ability to use interchangeable stators and rotors allow for excellent adaptation to current on-site requirements. A potentiometer with a control kit allows for pressure monitoring and adjustment. Depending on the application, the pump can be equipped with a spray head or an injection valve.
