The IZOPRESS 13/1000 mm curtain injection packer with a round head nipple is designed for performing curtain injection and sealing behind building partitions. A special tip that distributes the material through four side openings allows for even distribution of the grout across the surface of the partition, reduces grout consumption, and improves the effectiveness of curtain injection. The packer is designed for use with acrylic and polyurethane resins. Its elongated design enables precise delivery of the grout into the zone immediately behind a wall or slab, creating a watertight barrier.
The tubular design, 8×1.25 thread, and enlarged internal bore ensure that a greater volume of material can flow through in less time and that the sealing rubber is reliably compressed.
The perforated, long sealing rubber strip ensures a very good fit in the hole and high resistance to tearing. The tubular body makes it easier to twist the packer, even at greater lengths, improving comfort and safety during use. Additionally, the nipple thread is sealed with resin adhesive, which increases the tightness of the entire connection.
