The IZOPRESS 13/350 mm steel packer with a pan head nipple is designed for professional grouting work requiring the use of long injection packers.
The tubular design, 8×1.25 thread, and enlarged internal bore ensure that a greater volume of material can flow through in less time and that the sealing rubber is reliably compressed.
The injection packer is ideal for use in areas where structural layers overlap, during curtain injection, and wherever it is essential to deliver the grout to hard-to-reach areas. Thanks to its elongated design, the packer is particularly recommended for deep boreholes and locations requiring very secure anchoring.
The perforated, long sealing rubber strip ensures a very good fit in the hole and high resistance to tearing. The tubular body makes it easier to twist the packer, even at greater lengths, improving comfort and safety during use. Additionally, the nipple thread is sealed with resin adhesive, which increases the tightness of the entire connection.
