Application:
A colloidal mixer for slurries, cement suspensions, and resins, designed for materials applied using the pressure injection method.
Properties:
The diameter (150 mm) and shape of the mixing disc blades ensure proper distribution of solid particles in the mixture. The snap-fit connection between the disc and the shaft allows for quick replacement of the mixing disc.
For cement-based primers:
Use equipment with the highest possible speed.
For synthetic resins:
Use low-speed tools (up to 400 rpm). Mixing disc diameter: 150 mm; shaft length: 60 cm; shaft diameter: 9 mm (hexagonal cross-section), compatible with a 13-mm drill chuck. The set includes 3 discs with a diameter of 150 mm and 1 shaft 60 cm long.
