Why use pacers with separate calamiters?

What causes the tightness of the pacer and calamiters during injection ?

Crack filling should be carried out in such a way that water and/or air can escape during the injection process. In order for the injection process to be carried out correctly, the filling should continue until water or air escapes through the next packer. In addition, open packers make it easier to control the flow of resin in the structure as we can see at the tips of open packers.
