The IZOPRESS 900S is a robust, compact, and easy-to-transport electric screw pump designed for injection, spraying, and joint filling.
The pump can be used with two types of augers: one with a capacity of 0.5–6.0 l/min (up to 25 bar) and another with a capacity of 0.5–14 l/min (15 bar). The machine is also equipped with two speeds, stepless speed control, and a reverse gear. The maximum particle size of the material being fed is 3 mm.
Depending on the intended use, the pump is equipped with the appropriate accessories.
Application:
- materials with a grain size of up to 3 mm,
- injection mortars, fine-grained fillers, bituminous waterproofing, machine-applied joint mortar, cement slurries, cement adhesives, sealing slurries, water solutions,
- A compressor with a capacity of 200–500 l/min is required for spraying.
Properties:
- for general-purpose use—injection or spraying,
- Since it runs on 220 V, it can be used in any conditions,
- It can be easily and quickly disassembled into three parts, which makes cleaning and transport much easier,
- A handy cart with pneumatic wheels makes it easy to transport the device.
