The IZOPRESS Pro 1K-33 is a professional pneumatic piston pump for injection mounted on a practical two-wheeled trolley that makes it easier to work on job sites.
It is a high-pressure device with a maximum pressure of 260 bar, designed to pump all types of injection resins—polyurethane, epoxy, and, in some cases, acrylic.
The pump operates without generating heat, ensuring that the material is not heated and maintains a stable curing time; additionally, the distinctive sound of the piston in operation allows the operator to monitor the injection process in real time.
Compared to diaphragm pumps, the IZOPRESS Pro 1K-33 model allows for the dispensing of resins with higher viscosity.
The unit’s design contains no electronic components, which minimizes the risk of failure during construction site operations and facilitates maintenance.
Its light weight and compact size ensure ease of use, and since it is powered by a small compressor, it can also be used to clean holes for packers.
Key pump components, such as the piston and the stainless steel base, allow it to be used with acrylic resins in certain applications.
The device is equipped with a professional set of IZOPRESS SealPro CTP seals made of high-quality materials—carbon, PTFE (Teflon), and PU (polyurethane)—which ensure wear resistance and reliable operation.
At the front, on the pump frame, there is space for a can of IZOPRESS Pump Cleaner or a pack of packers. The opening between the pump and the hopper (6 l) is used to attach an adapter for a small hopper or can serve as a place to set down the injection gun during work breaks.
Depending on your needs, the pump can be equipped with a valve or an injection gun, as well as feed hoses up to 20 mb in length.
