IZOPRESS Pro 1K-33 is a professional Pneumatic Piston pump for resin injection.
It is a high-pressure device with a maximum pressure of 260 Bar, suitable for pumping all types of injection resins – polyurethane, epoxy, and in some cases, acrylic.
The pump works without temperature generation, so the material is not heated and maintains a stable setting time, plus the characteristic sound of the piston operation allows the operator to control the injection process in real time.
Compared to diaphragm pumps, the IZOPRESS Pro 1K-33 model allows higher viscosity resins to be fed.
The unit’s design is devoid of electronic components, which minimizes the risk of failure during site operation and makes servicing easier.
The unit’s light weight and compact size make it convenient to use, and its power supply from a small compressor allows it to be additionally used for packer hole cleaning.
Key parts of the pump, such as the piston and the stainless steel base, make it possible to work with acrylic resins in some applications.
The device is equipped with a professional set of IZOPRESS SealPro CTP seals made of high-quality materials – Carbon, PTFE (Teflon) and PU (polyurethane), which ensures wear resistance and reliable operation.
Depending on your needs, the pump can be additionally equipped with an injection valve or injection gun and injection hoses of up to 20 mb in length.
