A high-quality, low-viscosity resin that, upon contact with water, foams vigorously to form a rigid-elastic foam with a fine pore structure. Without back pressure, the resin expands freely to up to 40 times its original volume. Thanks to its low viscosity, water-reactive components, and high capillary activity, it effectively fills cracks and voids in damp or water-conducting surfaces that are wider than 0.2 mm. The foaming process begins approximately 15 seconds after Contact with water (+20°C). The material cures within 60 seconds, achieving very good adhesion. Contact with water is necessary to trigger the reaction and the foaming process of the mixed material.
Application of
– for the rapid, temporary closure and sealing of cracks, gaps, and voids in structures made of concrete, brick, and natural stone structures filled with pressurized water
– in above-ground and underground construction (e.g., slotted walls), sheet pile walls, and palisades (walls made of bored piles), underwater concrete
—in bridge, hydraulic, tunnel, and shaft construction
—for sealing water reservoirs (including those for drinking water)
—for processing with a two-component pump
