• Shortens processing time, cross-links to the non-liquid phase and completely cross-links WEBAC 150 polyurethane resins
WEBAC B15 must be mixed with Component A of the specified expandable polyurethane resin until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, immediately before processing the material.
The injection resin is processed using a 1- or 2-component pump in accordance with the instructions contained in the “Technical Data Sheet” for the product being processed.
The reaction time depends on the temperature of the material and the environment, as well as the amount of accelerator added.
The start and end of the reaction (foaming) time are calculated from the moment the pre-mixed components A and B of a specific resin come into contact with water.
The WEBAC B 15 accelerator is used in addition to (and not in place of) the standard Component A for a specific resin type.
The percentage of WEBAC B 15 accelerator added refers to the total weight of the standard components A and B for specific resin types.
The addition of WEBAC B 15 does not change the pot life of foaming polyurethane resins! The processing time
for WEBAC150 under average conditions is approximately 120 minutes; this is the safe resin pouring time calculated from the moment components A and B of a specific resin are mixed.
