IZOPRESS Geopackers is an economical injection lance version used to inject resin or mineral injectables into the subfloor space.
It is used in ground stabilization, soil consolidation and lifting of reinforced concrete slabs by pressure injection.
By combining the features of a tubular steel packer with seal and Injection lances of different lengths, the Geopacker ensures effective and safe injection work even in difficult ground conditions.
Geopacker can be retrofitted with a magnetic, low-pressure tip(008001), which facilitates driving into the ground and prevents clogging with soil.
Once the Geopacker is installed, the tip is pushed out by pump pressure.
Application:
- micro-cement injection,
- Resin injection with acrylic and polyurethane resins,
- Consolidation and stabilization of the ground under the reinforced concrete slab,
- Filling voids under concrete slabs,
- Lifting settling reinforced concrete slabs.
Properties:
- Reinforced, thick-walled construction,
- A magnetic, low-pressure tip that makes it easier to drive into the ground and prevents clogging with soil,
- Rubber on the end of the packer effectively seals the hole and solidly anchors the packer, allowing the slabs to be lifted, by pump pressure, with a value that minimally exceeds the soil repulsion,
- thanks to the greater depth of injection, we inject the soil and fill the soil structure, not just the space between the substructure and the bottom of the reinforced concrete slab,
- quick and easy installation.
When installing in more consolidated soils, a driving tool can be used(008002).
Available lengths: 400, 600 and 850 mm.
Available diameters: 16 and 18 mm.
In the case of micro-cement injection, the geopacker should be terminated with a valve with a slide valve.
In the case of resin injection with acrylic or polyurethane resins – Pan head nipple .
