This steel, sharp-tipped, low-pressure tip for geopackers is designed to effectively drive injection lances into the subgrade and soil.
The use of the tip prevents soil from entering the Geopacker, thereby maintaining the full cross-sectional flow of the grout.
This allows for safe and effective resin injection, as well as cement slurries and microcements.
The tip, positioned at the end of the geopacker, is pushed out by pump pressure (slightly exceeding soil resistance) after being driven into the ground, allowing the grout to flow out.
Application:
- microcement injection,
- Acrylic and polyurethane resin injection,
- consolidation and stabilization of the subgrade beneath a reinforced concrete slab,
- filling voids under concrete slabs,
- Lifting settling reinforced concrete slabs.
Features:
- The magnetic connection between the bit and the Geopacker allows for low-pressure cement slurry injection using a pump such as the IZOPRESS 500,
- makes it easier to drive the geopacker into the ground and the subgrade,
- prevents soil from clogging the inside of the packer,
- ensures the free flow of the injection material,
- increases the effectiveness of geotechnical injections,
- enables precise injection into the ground,
- a durable steel construction,
- Quick and easy installation.
