WIWA 2K Inject 230030 RS-F is a professional, high-capacity pneumatic 2K piston pump.
Designed for high-pressure injection or spraying of synthetic resin coatings (polyurethane and epoxy).
The pump is equipped with a flushing pump, a hose set, and a large 3K injection head designed for high flow rates. The unit can be equipped with suction connections for hobbocks (20–30 liters) or drums (200 liters) with a 3-meter hose.
The unit is mounted on a sturdy trolley with two wheels for easy transport.
Application:
- The pump is designed for use with polyurethane, acrylic, and silicate resins.
This unit is ideal for the following applications: - injections into the ground,
- stabilizing injections,
- floor lifting,
- filling expansion joints,
- Spraying of coating with synthetic resins.Properties:

- The working parts of the material and flushing pumps are made of stainless steel.
- Made of Teflon, these universal piston seals allow for use with various materials (polyurethane, acrylic, or silicates).
- The piston mechanism does not heat the material during operation, which does not shorten its setting time.
